4. Purchase Process
To place an order:
Add the desired products to your cart.
Confirm your shipping and payment information.
Complete the payment.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at info@maisonatelieraura.com.
5. Prices & Taxes
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, which may include AUD, NZD, USD or another applicable currency depending on your location and store settings.
Prices may include applicable taxes where required by law.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or update prices due to supplier, logistics, currency or operational changes.
6. Payment Methods
We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other payment methods offered at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways. ATELIER AURA™ does not store your full payment card details.
7. Shipping & Delivery

ATELIER AURA™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, strikes, extreme weather events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns & Change of Mind
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered for eligible change-of-mind returns.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect resale condition.
Exceptions:
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, personal care, wellness or similar products may only be returned if they are sealed, unopened and in their original condition, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Consumer Guarantees
Our products are supplied subject to applicable consumer protection laws in Australia and New Zealand.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, not as described or fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us at info@maisonatelieraura.com so we can assess the issue and, where required by law, arrange a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.

ATELIER AURA™ is not liable for damage, injury or loss caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow product instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All text, images, trademarks, logos, product names, designs and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of ATELIER AURA™ or are used under licence.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, copying, modification or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
12. Fraud, Cancellations & Refusals
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorised, placed for unauthorised resale, or involving misuse of promotional codes or offers.
Refunds related to such cancellations will be issued automatically to the original payment method, where applicable.
